UPDATE: "Anttip" linuxtv HG [182] repository has EC168 development drivers (not yet part of 2.6.31.1 Kernel v4l drivers), which work with EC168 based dvb-t sticks (18b4:1689 device id). Numerous other re-branded sticks use the same chipset. 2b1af7f3a8
